Protection

Let's protect nature
PET represents 500 billion packaging manufactured each year worldwide, (150 billion for house cleaning and beauty products and 350 billion for the agro business). With a lifespan of 100 to 500 years, given its manufacturing process, the environmental impact of PET cannot be neglected.

Let's share resources
The plastic bottle makes possible the distribution of the least equally shared resource in the world: water. Non-drinking water consumption is nowadays responsible for 75% of diseases in under developed countries, i.e. 1.5 billion people in 2006 (source: WHO). PET bottling is the unique way today to guaranty the routing of drinking water in countries where the infrastructures are non-existent or do not provide enough security. Some of these countries have multiplied their consumption of bottled water by 60 in less than 10 years.

One planet for all
Because of markets globalization, environmental conscience does not stop at borders. In 2004, 40% of the water bottles in the USA have been recycled. 6 out of 10 had been produced from Middle East oil and the majority contained mineral water of European brands.

Towards a durable and shared development
The techniques of sorting and recycling are coveted services which already have a fair share of the world market. They guarantee the dynamism of a second-hand material market which can help save planet and provide countries with lost cost workforce with a valuable and useful axis of development.

Energy saving
In addition to avoiding waste disposal and incineration, the recycling of PET packaging represents a significant energy saving. The 500 billion bottles produced each year equal to 28 million oil barrels. Recycling saves 80% of this volume, that is to say 22 million barrels per annum.

From recycled to recycables
Conscious of the high longevity of the PET, we are working on a system of collection of advertising material used in sports and shows. We will soon offer advertisers and organizers of events a service of recovery for streamers, flags and other temporary material which will be recycled in our factories.
